Praktikum Terintegrasi 1 pada Program Studi Teknik Industri Fakultas Teknik Universitas Kadiri merupakan mata kuliah berbasis proyek yang menyinergikan disiplin ilmu statistik industri, pengembangan produk, ergonomi, dan proses manufaktur ke dalam satu siklus rekayasa yang utuh. Melalui praktikum ini, mahasiswa difokuskan untuk merancang dan memproduksi prototipe fisik alat bantu kerja tepat guna yang secara spesifik menyelesaikan permasalahan operasional pada Industri Kecil Menengah (IKM) lokal. Dengan menitikberatkan pada prinsip ekonomi sirkular dan standar desain yang ergonomis, mahasiswa dibimbing secara komprehensif mulai dari tahap riset pasar, pemodelan desain 3D, hingga tahap permesinan dan fabrikasi, guna menghasilkan solusi keteknikan yang inovatif, ramah lingkungan, dan siap diimplementasikan.
Integrated Practicum 1 in the Industrial Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Kadiri, is a project-based course that synergizes the disciplines of industrial statistics, product development, ergonomics, and manufacturing processes into a complete engineering cycle. Through this practicum, students are focused on designing and manufacturing physical prototypes of appropriate work tools that specifically resolve operational problems in local Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). By emphasizing circular economy principles and ergonomic design standards, students are comprehensively guided from the market research phase and 3D design modeling, through to machining and fabrication, to produce engineering solutions that are innovative, environmentally sustainable, and ready for implementation.
